DELTA’s business in this area is based on 55 people who take care of different types of testing from dies or wafers and encapsulated components in plastic and ceramics. The test centre was started in 1978. Until now different types of competitive edges have been created. DELTA is actively developing solutions for microelectronic devices within digital, analogue and wireless from DC up to 5.6 GHz. At the moment 10 Gbit wires are of great interest and knowledge is acquired through partnership co-operation.
